Gail Cooperman, MLD, BA

Gail is a lively marketing, communications and leadership development professional who brings fresh perspectives and adaptability to her consulting and training work. Strategic planning, branding, research, corporate training and engagement are her specialties.

Contributing to her unique capabilities are more than 25 years of progressively responsible corporate and entrepreneurial roles. Gail assists a broad array of clients in achieving measurable objectives – from start-ups to global organizations, public, private and not for profits, and for consumer and business-to-business organizations.

Gail employs a unique Brand Workshop process that engages leaders and their teams to both collaborate effectively and uncover their marketable brand essence. By completion of the Workshop, the team has a strategic growth plan, persuasive messaging and tactics that serve to build enduring relationships.

Gail is passionate about helping organizations improve employee engagement, loyalty and productivity, with customized training and strategic initiatives that bring value to employers and demonstrate morale-boosting concern for their employees.

Gail earned a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development, and for the past decade has taught as an adjunct professor at Drexel University and Cabrini University. She enjoys helping students prepare for the workforce by adding business acumen and communications experience to courses such as: General Business (101), Market Research, Business Planning for Entrepreneurs, Guided Management Consulting, and Management Strategies.
