Executive roundtables enable a group of leaders or business owners to come together in a safe environment to share business and leadership challenges and receive peer mentoring in an expertly facilitated setting. Using an outside facilitator enables the group to engage in robust discussions about meaningful issues and keeps everyone on track to accomplish their goals.
Lesley has chaired roundtables for national and regional organizations. Currently, she is launching peer roundtables in the Greater Southeastern Pennsylvania Region. The roundtable format gives you a personal sounding board to solve problems, enhance business processes, strengthen strategy and encourage innovation.
